Subject to your compliance with these Terms of Use, the Company, Uncharted Advisory Group, LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”) hereby grants you Private Label Rights and Master Resell Rights upon purchase of this digital product “Faceless Marketing Templates”, which grants you the rights to modify, claim authorship of, and resell this product for 100% of the profits.
By accessing or using the Product, you agree to be bound by this Agreement. If you do not agree with these terms, please refrain from using the Product.
Additional rights include: the right to add this product to a membership site or bundle within a package; the right to create audio or video products using this product; the right to change the sales page and/or graphics; the right to break up the product into separate sections; the right to add or remove content to the product; the right to put your name on it; the right to edit or create your own covers for the product; the right to give away, sell, or transfer the Private Label Rights to any third party.
You may NOT give this guide away for free or as a lead magnet.
Cover pages MUST be rebranded prior to resale. Our advertised cover can NOT be used when reselling the guide. This practice is fundamental for aligning the guide with your brand. To differentiate your brand from other buyers we recommend layout, image, font, and/or title modifications if using these templates.
We also ask that you to refrain from using our listing promotional images, as well as copy and pasting our product description. Instead, we encourage you to create your own description of the product, and use your own ads. Making a few adjustments to personalize the product is always a smart choice when rebranding for resale.
By accessing or using the Product, you agree to be bound by this Agreement. If you do not agree with these terms, please refrain from using the Product.
Indemnification:
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold us harmless from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including attorney's fees) arising out of or in connection with your use of the Product, your violation of any term of this Agreement, or your infringement of any intellectual property or other rights of any third party.
Amendments:
We reserve the right to modify or update this Agreement at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting the updated Agreement on our website.
Entire Agreement:
This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between you and Uncharted Advisory Group, LLC regarding the use of the Product and supersedes any prior or contemporaneous understandings or agreements, whether written or oral.
Changes to Terms and Conditions: We reserve the right to update or modify these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. Your continued use of the website after any changes to the terms and conditions indicates your acceptance of such changes. It is your responsibility to review these terms and conditions regularly.
